The Warm Homes Scheme is designed to make homes more energy efficient while reducing heating costs and carbon emissions. Depending on eligibility, funding may be available for insulation, heating upgrades and renewable technologies.
Proximus Solutions is an approved delivery partner for the Warm Homes Plan — the government’s flagship programme replacing and expanding on previous schemes like ECO4, LAD and HUG. We’re already gearing up to deliver this scheme for local authorities and housing providers, as well as directly for homeowners.

Who Can Apply
Are You Eligible?
The Warm Homes Scheme is targeted at households in most need — but it has a broader reach than some previous schemes, including both social and private housing.
Eligibility is generally based on your household income, the benefits you receive, and your home’s current energy performance. Our team will carry out a full eligibility check as part of your free consultation — there’s no commitment required.

Households receiving means-tested benefits (UC, Pension Credit, etc.)
Low-income households below the income threshold
Properties with EPC rating D, E, F or G
