Initial Eligibility Check
We'll ask a few simple questions about your household income, the benefits you receive, and your property type. This quick assessment tells us whether you're likely to qualify for ECO4.
Home Survey
One of our qualified surveyors will visit your property at a time that suits you. They'll assess your home's current energy efficiency, identify and confirm your eligibility.
Application Submitted
Our team handles all the paperwork and submits your application to the relevant energy supplier. We'll keep you updated throughout and answer any questions that arise.
Works Confirmed
Once approved, we'll contact you to arrange a convenient installation date. We'll explain exactly what will happen, how long it will take, and what to expect on the day.
Installation Day
Our certified engineers arrive on time, carry out the agreed works efficiently and cleanly, and leave your home in perfect condition. All works are signed off to full compliance standards.
